Thank you so much for supporting Sunbaked Vinyl Co.! Each item is handmade with love and care, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please make sure to double-check all information (names, spellings, sizes, colors, etc.) before submitting a custom order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We always aim to pack and ship your items with care. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will absolutely make it right.

To report a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [insert your email address] with the following:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will either remake the item or issue a replacement, depending on the situation. Please note that we may not be able to offer a refund for items reported after the 7-day window.

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by USPS or other carriers. If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, we suggest:

Checking with household members or neighbors
Looking around your mailbox, porch, or entry areas
Contacting your local post office directly

While we can’t offer refunds for lost or stolen packages, we’re happy to help you file a claim with the carrier.

Order Cancellations

Because each product is made to order, we are unable to cancel orders once production has begun. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it and we’ll do our best to accommodate, depending on the order status.
