At Sunbaked Vinyl Co., every order is made with care and attention—thank you for supporting our small business! Please read below for important information about how we handle shipping.

Processing Time

All items are made to order. Our standard processing time is 3–5 business days before your order ships. Custom or bulk orders may take a bit longer, and we’ll notify you if there are any delays.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS and occasionally other carriers, depending on location and service availability. During checkout, you’ll see the available shipping options and estimated delivery times.

Shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed—once your package is with the postal service, delivery timing is out of our hands.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions—be sure to sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media so you don’t miss them!

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If you don’t receive a tracking email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at [insert your email address].

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses, or weather-related issues. Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the carrier.

If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or household members

  • Looking around your property (mailbox, porch, garage, etc.)

  • Contacting your local post office for help locating it

​

We cannot offer refunds for lost or stolen packages but will do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives with the wrong item or is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [insert your email address]. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can make it right.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship within the U.S. only. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in placing an order, feel free to contact us—we’d love to work something out if possible.
